Blazcyk is hard to pin down musically and very much does his own thing. His sense for rhythm goes back to his time as a drummer in a metalcore band. He later traded drumsticks for needles, faders and knobs, playing vinyl under the alias l.plate around Berlin. Throughout the 2010s, he appeared at venues including Brunnen 70, Chalet, Morlox and VCF, while staying closely connected to the online radio platform Tapedeck Berlin.

Now based in Potsdam/Brandenburg, he regularly plays at Club Spartacus at freiLand Potsdam and is a resident DJ with the non-profit techno collective Basskontakt e.V. Together with the collective, he actively contributes to shaping the local nightlife through intentional, concept-driven events.

Blazcyk moves freely across a wide musical range. His sound is hybrid—sometimes minimal, sometimes driving, sometimes unexpected—but never shallow. It is always about the vibe.
